International Tour Terms and Conditions
At Qzen Holiday, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional travel experiences. Before booking your international tour with us, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
Passport and Visa Requirements:
All travellers must have a valid passport/validity of at least of six months to one year and any necessary visas for entry into the countries that they will be visiting. It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure that they have the proper documents before departure.
Payments:
Payments can be made online through our website or through our Sales Team. We do not entertain any type of cash payment. The company reserves all the rights to decline or cancel a booking at any time without giving any reason.
Bookings must be made through an authorized representative of Qzen Holiday Company. To confirm your booking, you must complete and submit the booking along with a 50% deposit of the total booking cost.
The Payment confirmation receipt or the booking Invoice does not guarantee or imply confirmation of the booking. A booking will only be confirmed once the Company issues a detailed booking confirmation receipt along with the hotel and other booking details. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking without providing a reason and will refund any deposit received in such cases.
Full payment for your holiday must be made at least 15 days prior to the departure date of any domestic travel and 30 days prior to the departure date of any international travel. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
The person who agrees the booking email guarantees payment of the total amount indicated on the email, in accordance with these conditions. It is his/her responsibility to ensure that the Company receives full payment by the due date. No reminders will be sent.
Please note any special requests, such as dietary requirements or any type of special request on the booking form, the Company will try its best to provide the same, but it can’t be guaranteed. Also, there may be some additional charges to cater those special request, if any
After a Confirmation Invoice has been issued, the price of your holiday may be subject to surcharges in certain limited circumstances. Surcharges may be levied to account for variations in transportation costs, including fuel prices, increases in airfares, taxes or fees charged for services such as airport landing taxes, exchange rate fluctuations, or government-imposed tax increases. However, the Company will absorb an amount equivalent to 2% of your holiday price (excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges) before passing on any surcharge to you. Only amounts exceeding this 2% will be surcharged. Revised Confirmation Invoices will be sent to notify you of any surcharges.
Visa Documentation:
Visa documentation must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the tour departure date. If a visa application is rejected, there will be a deduction of INR 5000 per person, as guidance service fees, in addition to other actual expenses. A credit voucher for the remaining amount will be issued, which can be redeemed within a stipulated time period mentioned in the voucher.
Health Insurance and Vaccinations:
We strongly recommend that travellers have comprehensive health insurance and vaccinations for the countries they will be visiting. The Qzen Holidays or any of its affiliates will not responsible for any health issues that may arise during or after the trip.
Itinerary Changes:
The Company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or cancel the trip if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other external factors. The itinerary can be changed at a short notice
Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event of a traveller cancelling a trip, cancellation fees may apply, depending on the amount of notice given. Please refer the cancellation section for detailed cancellation charges apply. In such cases, company will refund any money after receiving it’s refund from its affiliates and partners
Occasionally, it may be necessary to make changes to your holiday, and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time. You will be promptly notified of any changes. In the event of a major change to your tour, not arising from circumstances beyond the Company's control, you may choose to (i) accept the changed arrangements, (ii) purchase another holiday from Qzen Holiday Company, or (iii) cancel your holiday. Compensation may be payable in cases of major changes, as outlined below.
Minor changes, including slight adjustments to departure and arrival times, changes to the type of aircraft used, and comparable or superior standard restaurant and accommodation changes, do not qualify for compensation.
Major changes encompass cancellations, delays in departure or return exceeding 24 hours beyond the stipulated time, and changes to inferior standard accommodations.
Compensation will not be provided for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riots, civil strikes, industrial disputes, terrorist activities, natural or man-made disasters, fires, transportation technical problems, airport closures or congestion, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or any other events beyond the Company's control. It is essential to have adequate travel insurance coverage.
Qzen Holiday Company reserves the right to cancel your holiday at any time before the departure date, even after issuing a confirmation notice. In case of cancellation, the Company will refund the full amount already paid. No compensation will be provided.
Depending on logistics and availability, adjustments to your confirmed trip may be possible, but they could incur additional costs. The only additional expenses associated with delivering additional or alternative services that are encountered or charged by any of our suppliers will be transferred further; we do not charge a fee for amendments. A change in travel dates is typically viewed as a cancellation of the initial reservation and rebooking, in which case there will be cancellation fees. If, for instance, the method used to determine the original holiday's price has changed, the price may need to be recalculated.
Travel Insurance:
Travellers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events that may occur before, during, or after the trip.
Responsibility and Liability:
Qzen Holiday Company does not own or manage the aircraft, accommodations, restaurants, and other facilities used in conjunction with the arranged tours. While the Company takes care in selecting travel providers, accommodations, restaurants, and other facilities, it does not guarantee that these have been inspected.
The Company is not responsible for any injury, illness, or death suffered by you or any member of your party due to the failure or improper performance of any part of the contract, where such failure is attributable to (i) the acts or omissions of any party member, (ii) those of a third party not involved in providing the holiday, or (iii) an unforeseen or unavoidable event that could not have been prevented by the Company or the service provider even with due care.
If any member of your party experiences illness, injury, or death due to an activity not included in the holiday arranged by the Company, the Company cannot accept liability. However, general assistance will be offered when appropriate.
The Company regrets that no refund will be provided for unused tickets, including travel, sporting event, or other types of tickets, unless a refund is obtainable from the carrier or provider.
Qzen Holiday will not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the trip. Travellers are responsible for their own personal safety and should take necessary precautions, such as securing their valuables and following the tour guide's instructions.
Prices:
The prices quoted on our website are in INR and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, changes in rates of exchange, surcharges, government fees/duties, and fuel costs.
Code of Conduct:
All travellers are expected to act in a respectful and responsible manner during the trip, and follow the rules and regulations set by Qzen Holiday and the local authorities. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in the traveller being removed from the trip at their own expense.
