  • Documents Required for Travel

  • ADULT & Senior Citizen:   Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
  • ID details (ID card, ID card type, and ID card number) are mandatory at the time of booking, & you are also requested to carry the same ID card on tour.
  • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory

  • Transport

  • Air / Rail / Road travel:  Depending on the selection while booking
  • Local Travel:  By AC/Non AC small vehicle, depending on the availability (non-AC vehicle in case of the extreme route)

  • Transport by Cab/Small vehicle

  • Your Trip has a KM limit and in case of certain special packages may even contain Hour’s limit. If your usage exceeds these limits, you will be charged for the excess KM used (and/or hour if applicable). You can check with us in advance regarding the KM covered in your package
  • All road toll fees, parking charges, Airport parking, state taxes, etc. are charged extra and need to be paid to the concerned authorities as per actuals.
  • For driving between 09:45 PM to 06:00 AM on any of the nights, an additional allowance will be applicable and is to be paid to the driver.
  • Please ensure you have covered all cities you plan to visit in your itinerary. This will help our driver prepare accordingly. Adding a city to the itinerary during the trip may not be possible.
  • COVID Test is not necessary. All passengers will undergo thermal screening when they arrive. Please refer to the specific instructions of the relevant final destination arriving state if you are taking a connecting flight and are not departing the airport in a transit station.
  • If your Trip has Hill climbs, cab AC may be switched off during such climbs.
  • If you have a route preference, you can suggest it to the driver provided it is a National or a State highway & not crossing the overall allocated KM limit.
  • At the end of the trip, please check and take all your belongings with you.

  • What your tour package includes

  • To and Fro economy class Air ticket, AC train ticket or Bus Tickets (Departure city to Destination and return), depending on the package selected
  • By default, Rail booking will be considered as AC-2 Tier or AC - 3 Tier, and Bus booking by AC Sleeper or AC Semi-Sleeper depending on the availability
  • Baggage allowances are as per the airline / train policy
  • Depending on the route, travel may also be arranged by comfortable small vehicles
  • Accommodation in comfortable hotels on twin/triple sharing basis as per the selection
  • Meals – Morning breakfast is complimentary
  • Accompanied local guide or trip manager depending on the location and group size. Local guide is not provided for private or customized trip.

  • What your tour package does not include?

  • GST at the Current Rate
  • Any expenses of personal nature including Porterage or Tips
  • Any monument entrance fees, camera fees, guide charges or any penalties imposed because of breaking any law
  • Any other meal specifically not mentioned, is not included in the package.
  • Any Air, Rail or any other mode of transportation fare, not mentioned in the package
  • Cost of Insurance and Any new taxes levied by the central or state government
  • Any increase in airfare, airport tax, fuel surcharge etc
  • Anything specifically not mentioned in the package inclusion
  • Any add-on to the flight ticket like seat booking, flight meals, extra luggage charges, or any type of flight expenses except flight travel ticket
  • The traveller is responsible to follow-up with the particular flight carrier, train, or cab provider about its schedule or if there is a delay with respect to its arrival or departure. In case if miss to do so, will be responsible for his//her journey and will bear if there will be any extra cost
  • Qzen Holiday will not be responsible for any delay in the flight/train/bus services. Any dispute arises out of these providers, to be sorted out by the respective service provider

  • Additional note

  • Travelers have to be responsible of their own valuable belongs inside the hotel, vehicle or while visiting any site. Company will not be responsible in case of such loss
  • A security deposit may be required by hotels which is refundable, provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this package and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when check-in
  • As a traveler, if you are not utilizing the available service, company will not make any refund for such services.
  • If the vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the traveler, he or she will be required to pay compensation for the amount of loss incurred.
  • Travelers are requested to follow the standard Check-in and check-out time of hotels based on the local time. In India, the standard time is generally 1.00 PM IST and 11 AM IST respectively.
  • For budget solo trips, we provide budget-friendly Hotel/Zostel, whereas, for premium trips, we provide by default a 3-Star Hotel or equivalent. In case of the Elite package, we provide 4-star/5-star depending on the availability

  • Cancellation policy

  • If the Guest decides to cancel the planned tour for any reason, he/she can directly cancel the same using website and send an email with the detailed reason for cancellation within specified time
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on pro-rate basis as per the below table and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation. A standard cancellation charge of Rs500 will apply over and above the pro-rate cancellation amount
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transportation ticket (Air/ rail/ Road) are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Flight tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear the entire cancellation charges.
  • After the final cancellation is applied, any refund payable to the Guest, will be paid after the Company receives the balanced amount from the respective authorities

    Payment Terms

  • Travelers can pay online by Debit card / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS, QR Code scan or offline by Cheque/ Demand Draft. Any payment done via Cheque / Demand draft should be in favor of "Qzen Infotech Pvt. Ltd"
  • Also, there is an EMI option available, which customer can leverage

    International Tour Terms and Conditions

    At Qzen Holiday, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional travel experiences. Before booking your international tour with us, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:


    Passport and Visa Requirements:

    All travellers must have a valid passport/validity of at least of six months to one year and any necessary visas for entry into the countries that they will be visiting. It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure that they have the proper documents before departure.


    Payments:

    Payments can be made online through our website or through our Sales Team. We do not entertain any type of cash payment. The company reserves all the rights to decline or cancel a booking at any time without giving any reason.

  • Bookings must be made through an authorized representative of Qzen Holiday Company. To confirm your booking, you must complete and submit the booking along with a 50% deposit of the total booking cost.
  • The Payment confirmation receipt or the booking Invoice does not guarantee or imply confirmation of the booking. A booking will only be confirmed once the Company issues a detailed booking confirmation receipt along with the hotel and other booking details. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking without providing a reason and will refund any deposit received in such cases.
  • Full payment for your holiday must be made at least 15 days prior to the departure date of any domestic travel and 30 days prior to the departure date of any international travel. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
  • The person who agrees the booking email guarantees payment of the total amount indicated on the email, in accordance with these conditions. It is his/her responsibility to ensure that the Company receives full payment by the due date. No reminders will be sent.
  • Please note any special requests, such as dietary requirements or any type of special request on the booking form, the Company will try its best to provide the same, but it can’t be guaranteed. Also, there may be some additional charges to cater those special request, if any
  • After a Confirmation Invoice has been issued, the price of your holiday may be subject to surcharges in certain limited circumstances. Surcharges may be levied to account for variations in transportation costs, including fuel prices, increases in airfares, taxes or fees charged for services such as airport landing taxes, exchange rate fluctuations, or government-imposed tax increases. However, the Company will absorb an amount equivalent to 2% of your holiday price (excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges) before passing on any surcharge to you. Only amounts exceeding this 2% will be surcharged. Revised Confirmation Invoices will be sent to notify you of any surcharges.

  • Visa Documentation:

    Visa documentation must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the tour departure date. If a visa application is rejected, there will be a deduction of INR 5000 per person, as guidance service fees, in addition to other actual expenses. A credit voucher for the remaining amount will be issued, which can be redeemed within a stipulated time period mentioned in the voucher.


    Health Insurance and Vaccinations:

    We strongly recommend that travellers have comprehensive health insurance and vaccinations for the countries they will be visiting. The Qzen Holidays or any of its affiliates will not responsible for any health issues that may arise during or after the trip.


    Itinerary Changes:

    The Company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or cancel the trip if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other external factors. The itinerary can be changed at a short notice


    Cancellation and Refunds:

    In the event of a traveller cancelling a trip, cancellation fees may apply, depending on the amount of notice given. Please refer the cancellation section for detailed cancellation charges apply. In such cases, company will refund any money after receiving it’s refund from its affiliates and partners

  • Occasionally, it may be necessary to make changes to your holiday, and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time. You will be promptly notified of any changes. In the event of a major change to your tour, not arising from circumstances beyond the Company's control, you may choose to (i) accept the changed arrangements, (ii) purchase another holiday from Qzen Holiday Company, or (iii) cancel your holiday. Compensation may be payable in cases of major changes, as outlined below.
  • Minor changes, including slight adjustments to departure and arrival times, changes to the type of aircraft used, and comparable or superior standard restaurant and accommodation changes, do not qualify for compensation.
  • Major changes encompass cancellations, delays in departure or return exceeding 24 hours beyond the stipulated time, and changes to inferior standard accommodations.
  • Compensation will not be provided for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riots, civil strikes, industrial disputes, terrorist activities, natural or man-made disasters, fires, transportation technical problems, airport closures or congestion, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or any other events beyond the Company's control. It is essential to have adequate travel insurance coverage.
  • Qzen Holiday Company reserves the right to cancel your holiday at any time before the departure date, even after issuing a confirmation notice. In case of cancellation, the Company will refund the full amount already paid. No compensation will be provided.
  • Depending on logistics and availability, adjustments to your confirmed trip may be possible, but they could incur additional costs. The only additional expenses associated with delivering additional or alternative services that are encountered or charged by any of our suppliers will be transferred further; we do not charge a fee for amendments. A change in travel dates is typically viewed as a cancellation of the initial reservation and rebooking, in which case there will be cancellation fees. If, for instance, the method used to determine the original holiday's price has changed, the price may need to be recalculated.

  • Travel Insurance:

    Travellers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events that may occur before, during, or after the trip.


    Responsibility and Liability:

  • Qzen Holiday Company does not own or manage the aircraft, accommodations, restaurants, and other facilities used in conjunction with the arranged tours. While the Company takes care in selecting travel providers, accommodations, restaurants, and other facilities, it does not guarantee that these have been inspected.
  • The Company is not responsible for any injury, illness, or death suffered by you or any member of your party due to the failure or improper performance of any part of the contract, where such failure is attributable to (i) the acts or omissions of any party member, (ii) those of a third party not involved in providing the holiday, or (iii) an unforeseen or unavoidable event that could not have been prevented by the Company or the service provider even with due care.
  • If any member of your party experiences illness, injury, or death due to an activity not included in the holiday arranged by the Company, the Company cannot accept liability. However, general assistance will be offered when appropriate.
  • The Company regrets that no refund will be provided for unused tickets, including travel, sporting event, or other types of tickets, unless a refund is obtainable from the carrier or provider.
  • Qzen Holiday will not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the trip. Travellers are responsible for their own personal safety and should take necessary precautions, such as securing their valuables and following the tour guide's instructions.

  • Prices:

    The prices quoted on our website are in INR and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, changes in rates of exchange, surcharges, government fees/duties, and fuel costs.


    Code of Conduct:

    All travellers are expected to act in a respectful and responsible manner during the trip, and follow the rules and regulations set by Qzen Holiday and the local authorities. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in the traveller being removed from the trip at their own expense.
